Website delivery and hosting

This website and its contact mailbox use ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Website requests necessarily transmit technical information, including your IP address, the requested address, request time and browser information, to the hosting infrastructure so it can deliver and protect the website. Our legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in providing a functioning, secure information service.

We have disabled the optional access-log files and access statistics in our hosting account. Technical processing needed to transmit a response lasts for the request; any separate security processing by the hosting provider is governed by its applicable service and data-protection arrangements. We do not use such security data for advertising.

More information about the provider is available in ALL-INKL’s privacy information.

Filters, comparisons and cookies

Filter and comparison choices are kept in the current page’s memory. We do not save these choices in a preference cookie or browser storage. Fonts and application files are served with the website. We remember your analytics choice in local browser storage (smf-analytics-consent-v1) for up to 180 days, solely to apply your preference. This storage is not sent to Statcounter.

Optional Statcounter analytics

Only after you select Allow analytics do we load Statcounter to understand page use and improve this website. Statcounter receives technical information such as your IP address, visit time, page address and title, referring page, browser, operating system and screen information. Our legal basis for this optional measurement is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Declining does not limit access to the website.

We configure the counter with client storage disabled, so it does not use its usual analytics cookies. This does not mean that the request or its IP address is anonymous. You can withdraw consent for future measurement using Analytics settings in the footer and selecting Decline analytics. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.

Statcounter stores statistics in our project; the availability of detailed visit records depends on the account’s log capacity and retention settings. Contact us with requests about already collected data. See Statcounter’s privacy information and cookie information for details about the service.

If you email us

We process your email address, message and any information you choose to include to respond to your enquiry or correction. Please send only information needed for your request. Our legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in handling correspondence; Article 6(1)(b) applies where your request concerns steps toward a contract.

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry and any related follow-up. It is then deleted unless a legal retention obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims requires continued storage. In that case, retention is limited to that purpose. You do not have to contact us, but we cannot respond without a reply address and sufficient information about your request.

Links to sellers

Product links lead to external manufacturer or retailer websites. They are ordinary links, not affiliate tracking links. Following a link opens a separate website whose operator is responsible for its processing. Our links request that the browser not send a referrer to those external pages.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent for the future. We do not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Contact us using the address above to exercise your rights. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, including the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, Austria.
