Get the packed dimensions, not just the frame size
Ask for the number of crates, each crate’s dimensions and weight, and the size of the largest component after unpacking. Measure your narrowest doorway and every turn on the route. The product dimensions below describe assembled frames where verified; they cannot answer whether a crate fits through your entrance.
Describe the actual delivery location
Give the seller the destination postcode and describe steps, a sloping driveway, restricted vehicle access and the final room. Ask exactly where the delivery service leaves the shipment and whether unloading equipment is included. Do not assume a delivery price includes carrying the equipment indoors.
Confirm who assembles and positions it
Request the current assembly manual before ordering. If you want installation, ask for a written quote that includes moving components to the room, assembly, final positioning and packaging removal. Ask the installer to identify access or handling requirements in advance. Avoid improvising a lifting plan from the assembled weight alone.
Resolve the date and arrival procedure
Ask whether the quoted date means dispatch or arrival, how delivery is booked and what to do if a crate arrives damaged or incomplete. Follow the seller’s documented inspection and reporting process. A generic in-stock banner is not an installation appointment.
When to keep looking
Keep the purchase provisional if the largest component, delivery endpoint or installation cost is still unknown. Compare another seller or model when the confirmed route does not work. A lower machine price cannot compensate for an installation you cannot complete.
